Elvira Hancock blue dress is my favorite dress from the movies, the color is beautiful, the dress is sexy yet elegant. Michelle Pfeiffer Scarface blue dress is a perfect formal gown, prom dress, birthday dress or for any special occasions. The dress was made by me and my sister Liz, we use more than 8 yards of satin fabric, cut on bias, so the skirt flows beautifully. It is a gorgeous Halloween costume too, never gone wrong for the events.
